Fully Automatic Core Saw
 
    Fully Automatic Core Saw   Cutting Cycle:  Determined by length of core you are cutting, average production is expected to be 250 per hour.

Operation: Operator programs length of parent core, length of cores to be cut and number of cores to be cut, trim cut or no trim cut, all done using Allen Bradley Panel View 900. Parent cores are loaded into hopper by use of forklift truck, parent cores are then loaded onto saw by core feeder. Parent core is then fed into saw and cut to whatever length has been entered by operator.
Cut cores can then be fed into other core prep equipment or accumulated on collection tables.

Processer: Allen Bradley SLC 5/04 on semi-automatic or automatic models and A-B PLC 5 can also be supplied as an extra option.

Safety: Opti-Touch cycle buttons. If in manual mode requires operator to maintain both hands in buttons while cutting. Clamping mechanism is totally covered as is the saw blade. em...

Optional:  In-feed table (not required when hopper and feeder is purchased), digital length display or servo drive to set cut stop, trim cut, discharge table or an automatic core loading system... 
   
    Power: Specify 230/460/575 volts/3 phase/60 Hertz

Air Required: 80 P.S.I. at 15 C.F.M

Capacity:  3in. ID to 6in. ID standard.

Cut Length: 120in. maximum standard - can be modified to suit
Parent Core: 144in. long standard - can be modified to suit

Features: Carbide tipped saw blade assuring square cuts. DUST FREE cores with end seal device and position of cut stop is automatically set by servo drive motor thus assuring that all cores are cut to + or - .002 of each other. All scrap is removed from machine by conveyor system.
